Head of Operations
Dr Amy Charbonneau is the Head of Operations at Xampla. Amy joined Xampla as one of the first employees in 2020 from Better Origin, who turn food waste into animal feed. At Xampla, Amy is responsible for delivering project management, grant projects, quality & environment management, H&S and food safety functions of the business. Amy gained her PhD at University of Cambridge in microbiology.
