Xampla is seeking a Marketing Manager to join the team focusing on Partner Marketing & ABM channel strategies and campaign delivery. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives that engage our partners and target key accounts.

We are looking for an individual with a deep understanding of B2B marketing strategies, excellent communication skills, and a passion for innovation and sustainability. Our ideal candidate has a great understanding of ABM and partner marketing skilles gained working for an ingredient materials technology brand.

Candidate Experience: 

  • – Excellent understanding of Account Based Marketing & Partner Marketing channels and best practices
  • – Experience delivering bespoke partner campaigns for a range of customers e.g. challenger and global brands, B2B, and B2C
  • – Experience building account plans and creating and delivering targeted ABM campaigns
  • – Excellent understanding of ingredient brands and how to market their value to end customers
  • – Ability to create impactful marketing assets that drive customer demand and create commercial success

  • – Exceptional skills within ABM & Partner Marketing disciplines
  • – Strategic thinks with a keen eye for execution and details
  • – Outstanding communication skills – both written and oral
  • – Confident presentation skills
