- Supporting the Senior Analytical Chemist in the performance of routine analysis of nutrients and fragrances in products by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and gas chromatography (GC).

Candidate Experience - Essential
- • Experience working in an R&D or Manufacturing Laboratory setting conducting a variety of physical and chemical analysis
- • Knowledge of Gas Chromatography and High-Performance Liquid Chromatography
- • General Laboratory good practices and upkeep
- • A bachelor’s degree in a discipline relating to Biology, Chemistry, Food science or Material science (or equivalent in skills and experience)

Candidate Experience - Desired
- • Experience operating HPLC and GC equipment in an R&D or Manufacturing Laboratory setting
- • Experience operating a range of measurement equipment such as light microscopes, particle size analysers, viscosity meters
- • Preparation of lab scale samples for formulation testing
- • Running shelf-life stability studies
- • Following Standard Operating Procedures
